You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the date at which you or a third party appointed by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the merchandise.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you need to inform us (ARTEBENE GmbH, Werner-von-Siemens-Str. 1, 59348 Lüdinghausen, Germany, support@artebene.com) by sending us a clear declaration with regards to your decision to cancel this contract. You can, but do not have to use attached sample cancellation form for such purpose. Please use our online return form for announcing your return shipment. No additional cancellation sent by mail or email is necessary then.
The timely despatch of the revocation prior to the end of the revocation period shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we shall return all payments received from you including shipping costs (excluding additional costs caused by opting for a way of shipment different to the cheapest standard way of shipment offered by us) immediately and within fourteen days at the most from the date at which we have received the notice of the cancellation of this contract. We shall use the same means of payment as it was used by you for the original transaction, unless a different means of payment has explicitely been agreed with you. In no event shall we charge you with additional fees related to this refund. We have the right to refuse the refund until we have received the merchandise back or until you have delivered proof that you have sent the merchandise back, depending on which has occured first.
You shall return or hand over the merchandise immediately and, in any case, within fourteen days at the most from the day at which you have given us notice of the cancellation of this contract. The timely despatch of the merchandise prior to the end of the period of fourteen days shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation period. You shall bear the costs of the return shipment. You shall only bear the costs of a possible loss in value of the merchandise if this loss is attributed to a use of the merchandise that is not necessary for examining its nature, quality and functioning.
