We promise you a shopping experience that is convenient and straightforward. Our logistics service provider DPD will deliver your order conveniently to your home. All our shipments are CO2-neutral and therefore environmentally friendly.
If the value of your purchase is under 25€, a shipping charge of 3.95€ will be added to your invoice. Shipping is free on all orders of a purchase value from 25€.
If the value of your purchase is under 100€, a shipping charge of 14.95€ will be added to your invoice. Shipping is free on all orders of a purchase value from 100€.
We promise to always ship orders as quickly as possible. This is usually done the workday following the date of order, but within 3 workdays at the most. Our products can only be shipped to destinations in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Denmark, Italy, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Croatia
Delivery to a parcel locker is not possible.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS
If a product does not live up to your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days upon receipt. We ask you to please return the products complete, in their original state and undamaged in their original packagings. If you have questions, please refer to the according passage in our Terms and Conditions. If you wish to return a product, please follow the procedure described below, depending on if you already have a customer account with us on artebene.de.
If you have an account:
If you have an account with us, please log in with your access data. Once logged in, go to the return form, enter the products you wish to return and give as much of the requested information as possible. You will receive a confirmation of the announced return shipment by email. Please attach a copy of this confirmation to your parcel.
If you do not have an account:
If you do not have an account with us, please click on the tab Returns at the bottom left of our start page. You will then see a form in which you can enter all of your details incl. address, invoice number as well as the article number of the product that you wish to return. Sie erhalten eine Bestätigung Ihrer angemeldeten Retoure per Mail von uns. Please return your products sufficiently stamped to Artebene and attach a copy of this confirmation to your parcel.

You can pick a logistics service provider of your choice. You, as the sender, will be bearing the costs of the shipment.
