The organiser of the competition and recipient of the data provided is ARTEBENE GmbH. Participation in the competition is free of charge and takes place via our ARTEBENE fan page. Multiple responses, emails or messages do not increase the chances. The following requirements are necessary for participation:

The closing date is 23:59 on 21/05/2023. The winner will be chosen at random. The name of the winner will be announced afterwards and he/she will be asked to contact us. If we do not receive a response, we reserve the right to award the prize to another participant.
Participation in challenges and competitions on this site is open to anyone over the age of 18. Participation is exclusively granted to natural persons whose place of residence is in Europe, with the exception of employees of ARTEBENE GmbH, other participating companies and their relatives.
The challenges and competitions take place during the specified period. The specified prizes will be raffled among all participants. Participation of sweepstake clubs is expressly excluded. ARTEBENE GmbH reserves the right to check the eligibility of all participants and, in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, to exclude the participant from the competition.
ARTEBENE GmbH reserves the right to adjust, cancel, interrupt or terminate the competition and the group of eligible participants without prior notice if there are important reasons. In particular, there are important reasons if the competition cannot run as planned, for example in the event of software and/or hardware errors or manipulation by a participant.
By participating in the competition, the participant agrees that he/she will be published on the ARTEBENE fan page with the profile name and, if applicable, with the image of his/her own profile picture in the event of a win. Furthermore, by participating in the competition, he/she agrees that the personal data may be used by ARTEBENE GmbH and all companies commissioned to carry out the competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties for advertising purposes.
